• Valid Driver’s License. This is Required (do not apply otherwise)

• Ready to work hard in various weather conditions 

• Must have transportation to and from work

• Punctual

• Have excellent communication skills with team members 

• Positive attitude and willing to assist with any task as needed

• Ability to work well with others

• Horticulture knowledge is a plus

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus​

• Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm schedule (occasional Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations for the maintenance crews

• Assist with Ordering materials and Project Management of Install Jobs

• Scheduling of routine maintenance

• Scheduling and ordering of Seasonal Color and Mulching Installations

• Communication with, and liaison for, the clients and crews

• Perform site inspections and meetings with clients to ensure quality and service meet expectations‍

• Problem-solving and customer satisfaction

• Safety monitoring and training

• Oversee truck & tool maintenance and repairs

• Lead and train crew members toward continual growth and improvement

• Help crews establish priorities and implement them

• Oversee time management and record-keeping of job
